Eligibility Checklist:

Age Requirements: 

Aged Between 9 and 65.

Residence requirements:

Australian Citizen, permanent resident, or Protected special Category Visa holder.

Place of residence:

Live in Australia.

Permanent Disability: 

Have a disability caused by a permanent impairment.

Need disability-specific supports to complete activities of daily life.

Early Intervention: 

Need some supports now to reduce future need for supports.

Need some supports now for your family to build their skills to help you.
